Because Uva Ursi Leaves were often mixed with tobacco and other herbs, the plant itself is sometimes called Kinnikinnick. Traditionally used in a sacred pipe or peace pipe, it is also acceptable to burn it in a shell or a bowl.
I can look back and see how I have come across the selection of herbs found in Diane's arsenal, for example, red willow bark, and bearberries. I researched the purchases prior and after receiving them, however, I cannot imagine smoking them so I made teas -- the teas are very yummy with no sugar or cream. No rules, maybe next time I'll make lattes.....

I just found Diane and I am thrilled with my purchases overall. I certainly love my herbal teas and not mentioning any other names, I have had some great teas, however, I have now categorized them under Number 2, 2nd, next, runner's up...... This makes a very yummy tea and I forgot to add, no sugar and definitely no milk necessary -- go calorie free.
