I reviewed the rutilated quartz and this one gets the same rating. Although both rutilated quartz and tourmalinated quartz are essentials in my humble opinion; look at them with the infused tourmaline. This is why it's an essential. But if you love nature, you will never find two of the same in any of the above-noted variant quartz.
